Since our last update v126.96.36.199 we unlock most Samsung without having to ROOT them. To check if your model of Samsung is supported without ROOT, please check our list of supported models here: https://www.unlockbase.com/cable-unlock/supported-models/#samsung. If you don't see the TAG "Root" / "Unroot" next to the model of your device then this mean we do Direct Unlock without Rooting. However in the situation we do the root please note it will be a Temporary Root exploit that we will close after unlock.
Yes, it’s 100% permanent Unlock, once you unlock your phone with our solution you can do whatever you like (Upgrade or Downgrade Firmware, or even install custom firmware like Cyanogen or Avatar). Your phone will remain unlocked no matter what, for life !

Unfortunately we only unlock GSM phones, we do not unlock CDMA version from Sprint, BoostMobile, StraightTalk, or Verizon… It’s very important to always invest in GSM Phone whenever possible, especially if you are an international traveler to ensure you can use it worldwide. CDMA is a standard that only work with some networks from the USA, and Japan.
Unfortunately this means our software cannot Auto Root your phone at the moment. You can still manually root your phone with third party software (Like PingPong, iRoot, or KingoRoot) and then use our software to Unlock It. However we cannot provide support for these Third Party rooting software so if you prefer to give up or if it’s too technical for you then please contact us by email and we will Void the license and refund your transaction.
All Samsung listed in the update v184.108.40.206 (see our change log) are supported no matter the version of your firmware, but as long as not using the "Device Unlock App" (MetroPCS & T-Mobile USA Only)
For any other Samsung Cell Phone, unfortunately these are not supported by our method, however it's possible to downgrade your phone.
We recommend you to downgrade your phone BEFORE ordering your license, as we do not provide support for downgrading.
Since it's permanent unlock, after unlocking you'll be able to upgrade your phone again to the latest version of Android !

For any other Android Cell Phone :
1 - Right click the icon to launch our software, and select "Run as administrator"
2 - Make sure you remove all "Sniffer Tool" you have on your computer like USB Sharing, USB Sniffer / Logger, etc...
Unfortunately some time our software is not able to auto root your Samsung S6 or S6 Edge, in this situation you'll have to manually root your phone using one of these recommend method:
And then use again our soft (our software will not Unroot your phone)
However we do understand you might find this too technical, so if you decide to give up, just let us know by email and we will Void your license and refund your transaction.
If our solution is not working, or if you change your mind or give up as it's too technical, then just contact us by email and we will VOID your License and refund your transaction directly to your Credit Card or PayPal account. No question asked ! We will take care of any refund request we receive in less than 24 Hours.
Unfortunately this mean your phone is not supported yet by our solution... Please contact us so we can Void your license and refund your transaction.
1 - Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose USB (or 'DM/DUN over HSIC').
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
If you experience this error, first please make sure you that you have activated DIAG Port on the phone menu using *#0808# and *#9090#.
If you still have this issue, then please:
1. Close all applications / software on your computer that might communicate with the Samsung (ie: Kies)
2. For the time of the Unlock Process, please disconnect all unnecessary USB Device from your Computer (ie: Printer, Scanner, USB Stick, etc...)
Option #1: Your Phone is not supported (CDMA Phone from Sprint or Japan are not supported) contact us by email for a refund !
Option #2: Phone have EFS/NV destroyed <- We might be able to fix but you need a special license (contact us by email for more details).
