Worked perfectly! Very simple. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 was because I had ordered this in Friday and it wasn't until Tuesday!!!!! That I got my code. And you are not told how long it would take to get a code until AFTER you purchase the unlock code...thinking that it would be immediately!!!
Also my only other compliant was.
There should be a way to just "input" your phone's model..
Instead of having to scroll down. Mine was far far down the page!
