This site is legit. After waiting for AT&T to send me an unlock code, after 5 days they sent me an email that said they couldn't unlock my phone because the device manufacturer did not provide an unlock code. I used this site, which was a lot cheaper than other unlock sites I saw, they emailed me a code in 15 minutes, and it worked to unlock my phone. Highly recommend.
